Welcome to the “Leading Well” blog series!
You might be wondering, “Why ‘Leading Well’?” The answer is simple: God calls us to step up as leaders in a world where wholesome, Godly leadership can be hard to find. Whether we hold an executive title, naturally take on leadership responsibilities, or aspire to become a manager of people and processes, God wants us to embody the qualities of a leader who reflects Him in the workplace.
As a certified leadership coach, I’ve seen firsthand how vital it is to lead with integrity and purpose. Being an effective leader isn’t just about holding a position of authority; it’s about leading in a way that honors God. The way we lead matters to Him, and it should matter to us as well.
In this series, we’ll explore topics that will help us grow in our roles and ensure that we’re reflecting Christ in everything we do.
Why is this important? Because leadership is more than just a skill—it’s a calling. When we lead well, we create environments where others can thrive, where integrity and faith are evident, and where God’s presence can be felt (Proverbs 11:14). Learning to lead effectively not only helps us fulfill our roles more faithfully but also impacts the lives of those we lead in ways that can extend beyond the workplace. It’s about building a legacy that honors God and inspires others to do the same.
So, let’s embark on this journey together, striving to lead well and glorify God in every aspect of our work.
Best to you!
